Working Principle

This innovative fluid polishing machine is specially designed for irregular workpieces such as plastic molds, hot nozzles, hot runners, long pipes, and bent tubes. Controlled by a PLC system, it enables automated, cost-effective, and highly efficient polishing.

The polishing marks produced are aligned with the intended direction of use, allowing for consistent, unidirectional surface finishing. This makes it an ideal solution for complex shapes that are typically unreachable by traditional tools—such as contoured surfaces, curved channels, multi-holes, micro-holes, and long through-holes.

To meet specific customer needs, our company offers customized unidirectional abrasive flow polishing machines and related services. 

We also provide subcontract services for flow channel system finishing, cavity and micro-hole repair, and internal polishing and deburring of workpieces with micro, multi, or irregular long holes.
