Under pressure, the media flows unidirectionally through internal holes or along surfaces of the workpiece—entering from one end and exiting from the other—to achieve precise polishing and effective deburring.

This innovative fluid polishing machine is specially developed for irregular workpieces such as plastic molds, hot nozzles, hot runners, long tubes, and bent pipes. Controlled by a PLC system, it achieves automated, economical, and highly efficient polishing.
The polishing marks are aligned with the functional direction of the workpiece, resulting in consistent, unidirectional surface finishing. This method is particularly suitable for complex shapes such as contoured surfaces, curved channels, multi-holes, micro-holes, and long holes—geometries that conventional tools cannot easily reach.
To meet customer demands, we provide customized unidirectional abrasive flow polishing machines and related services.
