This fluid polishing machine uses a specially formulated abrasive media as the grinding medium. By applying pressure, the abrasive media flows back and forth through the holes or over the surfaces of parts, repeatedly grinding to achieve polishing and deburring.

This machine has a wide range of applications, including mold polishing, gear finishing, and deburring of small components, among others.

Working Principle

This technology uses a vertical hydraulic cylinder system to apply pressure, forcing soft abrasive media to flow through machined surfaces, internal holes, or edge corners. This process enables deburring, chamfering, and polishing grinding

Through a controlled reciprocating motion, mirror finishing is achieved. This method is ideal for complex shapes such as uneven surfaces and curved internal passages that conventional tools cannot reach.

It is especially suitable for mirror polishing the internal surfaces of gas or liquid flow channels, aligning abrasive marks with the flow direction. This effectively enhances the performance and quality of molds or workpieces, achieving mirror-grade smoothness, and extends their service life.

Post-processing surface roughness can reach Ra 0.025 to Ra 0.015 µm.
