It is especially suitable for mirror polishing the internal surfaces of gas or liquid flow channels, aligning abrasive marks with the flow direction. This effectively enhances the performance and quality of molds or workpieces, achieving mirror-grade smoothness, and extends their service life.
Post-processing surface roughness can reach Ra 0.025 to Ra 0.015 µm.
